You can easily enable client access for existing clients in your organization. You will be charged at the rate of the respective plan (till the next billing cycle).
Providing access to a new client in the middle of the cycle

How does Annual/Yearly Payment Work?
For instance, with the Elite (Yearly) plan, your rate is $3.50 per user per month. This results in an annual cost of $42 per user (i.e., $3.50 x 12 months).
If additional clients are given access during the year, they will be charged at the same rate of $3.50 per user per month, prorated for the remaining months in the current billing cycle.
For example, if you provide access to one client 6 months into the year, you will be charged $21 (i.e., $3.50 x 6 months) for that client at the time of providing access.
In the subsequent billing cycle, the new client will be included in the regular annual charge.
How does the Monthly Plan Payment work?
If you are subscribed to a monthly plan on the first day of the month, you will receive your billing on the 1ˢᵗ of each monthly billing cycle.
When you grant client access on the 16ᵗʰ day of the month (or any day of the month), you will be charged only for the remaining days until the next billing date.
For instance, if you are on the Elite (monthly) plan at a rate of $7 per user, and you grant access to a new client with 15 days left until the next billing date, you will incur a charge of $3.50 for those 15 days (not the whole month) for the newly added client access.
From the following month onward, this client's access will be billed at the rate of $7 per month.
Removing a Client's access in the middle of the billing cycle
If you remove a client's access before the billing date, any unused time will be credited to your account. This credit will be automatically adjusted in the next billing cycle, or whenever you add a new member or give access to other clients. For example:
Yearly plan case:
If the price of the Elite (Yearly) plan is $3.5/user/month, for 12 months, the cost is $42 per year for a single user/client.
Now, you remove a client's access when 6 months remain till the next billing date. The cost of unused time is $3.5 × 6 = $21. This $21 will stay as credit and be adjusted on the next billing cycle.
If you provide the client access or add new members to your yearly plan, the available credit will be applied to that payment. If you do not provide access to any new client/add new members, the credit will be adjusted on the next billing cycle. You will be charged less, after adjusting for the credit (in this case $21).
If you remove multiple clients from your organization, the billing adjustment will be similar.
Monthly plan case:
The price of the Elite (Monthly) plan is $7/user/month. So, if you remove a client's access halfway, Apploye will keep the cost of the remaining time (15 days = $3.5) as credit, and this credit will be adjusted to the next month's billing date or when you add a new member/ give the client access on your monthly plan. The available credit will be applied to the payment.
