Yes, Apploye takes multiple screenshots if any user has multiple monitors.
Apploye also takes multiple screenshots in the 10-minute time period, If the owner/admin has changed the screenshot frequency from activity settings.
Even though you might not see all of those screenshots in thumbnails of a 10 minutes time frame, you can clearly see how many screenshots are there and how many screens/monitors are connected from the image and monitor icon respectively.
