Why not?

Active time is calculated from live tracking data with the desktop app. Manual entries are added without that activity data, so Apploye cannot treat them as "Active" time.

What manual time does affect

  • Increases total/paid hours for the day or project.
  • Can decrease activity percentage because total time increases while active minutes stay the same.
  • Updates the clock-in/out time.
