Pay Rate vs. Bill Rate (in App)
Pay Rate is used to calculate how much an employee is paid for their work.
Bill Rate is used to calculate how much billable work is worth to the client.
For example, an employee may have a $10/hour pay rate while their billable work is charged to a client at a $30/hour billing rate.
