Yes you can. You can select one or many teams while you are inviting members in your organization. Click 'Members > Invite Members'. Then insert emails of your members. After that select one or many teams from 'Teams' dropdown. Finally click 'Send Invitation' button.

Your members will get invitation emails and as soon as they accept & complete the invitation steps all of them will be team members of the selected teams. Then you can select 'Team Manager' of specific team if you want to.
