Hubxpert, a Gold Partner of Hubspot and a professional service agency specializing in the HubSpot ecosystem. We provide effective solutions to businesses through HubSpot so that they can easily manage their marketing, operations, sales, and more.  Not only that, Hubxpert also specializes in many other digital services like website building, SEO, digital marketing, and many more. Our goal is to be the largest HubSpot-oriented company in the APAC region. We want to export our Bangladeshi-made software and services.

As per our goal, we are growing continuously. As our company grew, we started facing a couple of challenges in terms of employee management. As we followed a hybrid approach in our office, it was getting hard to manage and track the activity of employees. Tracking the time, activity, and work progress manually wasn’t an option for us. Also, the clients lacked the transparency they deserved from us in the reports we generated for them.

Challenges

Before using Apploye, Hubxpert faced many challenges. The biggest challenges were manual time tracking and reporting. We work on multiple projects simultaneously, so it was difficult for us to ensure that we were manually tracking accurate time.

Inaccurate Tracking: Hubxpert lacked a unified, all-in-one, and accurate time-tracking software. This resulted in inconsistencies while we were making billable hour reports.

Client Report Issues: Transparency is one of our strong suits. No matter what, we prioritize providing our clients with a report that is as transparent as possible. Which was getting a bit tough as we couldn’t offer screenshots of our work progress.
